MVSC Premier Rec Program

The MVSC Premier Rec Program is designed to help kids build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of soccer in a fun, supportive environment.

Our program blends volunteer parent coaches and friend-based teams with professional coaching support and optional training opportunities. There are no tryouts, and we do our best to honor friend and school requests while maintaining balanced teams.

Program Overview by Age

Kindergarten

• One 45-minute practice per week led by professional coaches
• Weekend games coached by parent volunteers with assistance from professional coaches
• All games played in-house within MVSC

1st - 3rd Grade

• One weekly team practice (1 hour) with a parent coach
• Weekend games with the team coached by a parent coach
• Optional second weekly training session led by professional coaches (included in registration; opt-out available for a discount). Academy-style training groups players by age and skill, and may include players from other teams

4th Grade - High School

• Two practices per week (90 minutes each)
  • One led by a parent coach
  • One led by a professional coach
• Weekend games with the team coached by a parent coach
• Professional coaching included in registration fee

3rd - 8th grade teams participate in MISA South, playing against nearby clubs Corte Madera FC and Tiburon Peninsula SC. High school teams compete in MISA across Marin County with eight other soccer clubs.

Cost

• Kindergarten: $360
• 1st - 3rd Grade: $550 ($180 discount if opting out of professional training)
• 4th Grade - High School: $550

Discounts

• Mill Valley residents receive a $30 discount
• Sibling discount: $20 for each additional child

Safety Reminder

Jewelry is not allowed during practices or games. If your child plans to get their ears pierced, please do so at least 6 weeks before the season begins. Starter studs must be removed to participate—taping over jewelry is not permitted.
